Important forms for Baywatchers

All athletes must fill out the Baywatchers Registration Form, Athlete Participation Packet, COVID-19 Participant Code of Conduct and Risk Assessment Form, and Communicable Disease Release of Liability Form to participate. All physicals must be current and cannot be expired before any Special Olympic event.
